Rex Bulletins

One of the lost pleasures of the Golden Age of Mardi Gras returns with the publication of the Rex 2002 Parade Bulletin. Last published more than sixty years ago, parade bulletins allowed a preview of the theme and float design of the Rex Procession and were preserved to remind us of the beautiful themes and designs of years past. This tradition was renewed in 2002.
